​Halkey Roberts is conducting a recall of its 3F Single Point Manual Inflator (Model No. V96000) contained in life jackets and personal flotation devices.  The product is being recalled because the indicator status on the inflator may show the life jacket is ready for use (green or partially green) even when the gas cylinder is empty, removed, or not connected properly.  The life jacket cannot inflate if the gas cylinder is not connected properly, resulting in a risk of drowning.  Affected inflators are marked on the inflator’s grey body with a “V96000” and  have a laser marked manufacture date between 4 June 2021 and 15 April 2024.  Please see below for more information:
